| Ordering from Pacer Car Clean Products is Quick and Easy |

Assistance for New Customers.
- Finding Items. You can use the 'Products' list, 'Search Box', or 'Brands' drop-down menu on the left hand side of your page. When you see a product of interest, click on it to view detailed information.
- Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart. If you want to purchase a product, click the "Buy" button on the item's product page and it will automatically be added to your Shopping Cart. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your Shopping Cart contains all of the items you want to buy. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Current Purchase" link at the top of every page of our online shop.
- Checking Your Order. Take a moment to review all of the items that you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you would like to buy more than one of the same item, you can delete the number shown in the quantity box and type in the quantity you would like to purchase, then click the "Update" button to confirm the change. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, you can remove it from your Shopping Cart by checking the box in the 'Remove' column, then click the "Update" button to confirm the change. When you are satisfied with the contents of your Shopping Cart and want to pay for your items, click the "Pay Now" button.
- Signing In. You'll need to create an account so that we have your correct contact and delivery details. You can also use it to keep track of the orders you make. You can create an account later when you pay for your first purchase or click here if you'd like to create an account now.
- Checking Your Delivery Address. You can either use your address for delivery or choose a friend's address by clicking the "Change Address?" button. If you have special delivery instructions, you can type these in the 'Gift Note or Special Instructions Box'. When you are satisfied with the delivery address that is displayed, click the "Continue" button to proceed.
- Providing Your Payment Details. You can use the billing address displayed or choose another address by clicking the "Change Address?" button. We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment. Enter the name on the card, credit card number (without spaces) and expiry date. When you are satisfied with the payment information, click the "Continue" button to proceed.
- Checkout: Confirm your Order. Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place My Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
- Tracking Your Order. If you would like to find out the delivery status of the order you placed, click the Your Account link at the top of every page of our online shop.
